General Questions
As a professional shark diving company, your safety is our main concern, as well as the animal wellness. Our crew has 10 years of experience in the shark diving industry around the globe and follow the same rigorous safety protocol on all our trips. We never had anyone bitten during our activity.
No certification is required for the shark experience, you need to know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water.

Our shark experience is an amazing moment that you can share with your friends but also your family including +12 years old kids under an adult supervision.

Yes, you can bring your camera. In case you are a professional photographer or a film crew, please contact us before to organize your party.
Our crew always try to take pictures of the guests during the interaction with the animals and yes we will be happy to share the pictures with you. But please be aware that sometimes sea conditions or animals behaviors don’t allow the best conditions to do so.

Once you check in at our office, a waiver of liability release must be signed before participating in any activity.

Marine Life
During the shark experience, you can expect to see mako sharks, smooth hammerhead sharks, silky sharks or and blue sharks. Other pelagic species and marine mammals such as mahi-mahi, wahoo, tunas, bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins different species of sea turtle and even orcas have been seen during our trips. Whale season from December to April (humpback & gray whales) and big schools of Mobula rays in October/November and May/June.
All year long Cabo offers a good shark activity but please visit our activity page (link swim with sharks) to check the different shark species season.
We see sharks on most of our tours and our team knows how to attract them but as we work with wild animals, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the sighting of pelagic species (this is not captivity).
Of course, you can. We are seeking to offer the best experience to our guests. If you do not feel comfortable getting in the water, you can always enjoy the animals sighting from the boat.

Credit card, cash and wire transfer. The 16% governmental tax (IVA) will be charged with credit cards and wire transfer payments.
If we have to cancel your trip due to bad weather or any other factor, we refund the entire deposit or reschedule. Please visit our terms and conditions.
If you cancel within 48 hours prior the activity, the total price of the activity will be charged. Please visit our terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for MARLINS & SUMMER SHARK EXPEDITIONS
If you are more than 7 days late on making a payment on your trip, we reserve the right to release your space without refund. An effort will always be made to contact you and warn you in advance that your payment is late. A total of 3 warnings will be sent to remind you of the late payment. After the third and final warning your reservation may be cancelled and put back on sale to the public.
We understand that sometimes plans change or things pop up. If for any reason you need to cancel your trip please notify us in writing as soon as possible. All ticket payments are non-refundable. However, our team will try their best to resell your space and if we are able to resell your ticket we will issue you a credit in the amount you have paid towards the trip minus the base deposit of the trip towards a future Dive Ninja trip. However, if a reservation is cancelled and we are unable to resell your reserved space your trip payment will be forfeit.
